Cellulitis Knee Why Do I Keep Getting "Cellulitis" In/on The Skin Of My Ankle All The Time?

Why do I keep getting "Cellulitis" in/on the skin of my ankle all the time? - cellulitis knee

Only in my left leg, and has gotten so bad that it all the way up almost to his knees. Could be something to do with water retention, or on the legs? Have you ever seen this problem. I have to go on antibiotics. I had 4 times this summer.
